Here is an exercise that can work all four groups of abdominal muscles.

Learn the technique
Lie on your back with your legs straight, hands resting gently on the sides of the head. Raise your legs to move, so I'm above ground. If the extended right leg, pull left knee to the chest, while the bust will come back – the right to try to touch your elbow to left knee.
Now reverseexercise – pull the right knee to chest while pressing the left elbow to right knee.
Alternate this movement until fatigued. Take a break and do another set.
